About Dispatcher

Last updated

Dispatcher (dispatcher.my) is a Malaysian home-services quote platform for KL and Selangor, not affiliated with dispatch.me.

Dispatcher (dispatcher.my) is a marketplace that connects homeowners in Malaysia with contractors for electrical work, EV charging, plumbing, roofing, water filtration and home repair. Homeowners ask local businesses for quotes; contractors keep one free profile.

Licences and listing order

Dispatcher has not checked any contractor’s licence yet, so no listing is verified and there are no Verified badges. Licence checks are a planned future step. Listing order is set by Dispatcher and may change. Each request goes to only a few contractors.

Reviews policy

Only customers from a job connected through Dispatcher can review. Every connected customer is asked once after the job, with one reminder after 7 days. No incentives. Negative reviews are published; contractors may reply publicly. Reviews are removed only for abuse, personal data or proven fraud.

Where our data comes from

Listed businesses come from their own websites and public business listings, with the source and check date on each page. Most haven’t joined Dispatcher yet and are marked Unclaimed. We don’t publish ratings. Licence facts on service pages cite public sources (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB, SPAN, CIDB).
