How Dispatcher works
Last updated
Dispatcher (dispatcher.my) is a Malaysian home-services quote platform for KL and Selangor, not affiliated with dispatch.me.
You describe the job once; Dispatcher sends it to a few contractors near you. It's free for homeowners and free for contractors at launch. Free during launch.
- Pick the service and answer one quick question. It’s free.
- Local contractors who cover your area can see your request and may contact you.
- Pick one. The others are marked Not selected and can no longer see your details. If one can’t take it, we pass it to the next contractor in line (or ask you first, if you chose that).
- The job is scheduled and tracked. After the job we ask you for one honest review.
Who sees my details?
Only the contractors we send your request to can see it, so they can give you a price. When you hire one, the others are marked Not selected and can no longer see your details. If one can’t take it, we pass your request to the next contractor in line and tell you, or ask you first if you chose that.
