What should a plumber have?

  • Plumbers in Malaysia can register with SPAN (Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara). Ask your plumber if they are registered.
  • If a job needs a new electrical point (for example for a water heater or pump), that part is electrical work for an ST certified wireman.
  • Dispatcher has not checked any licences yet, so no listing is verified. Ask to see the plumber’s registration before you hire.
