Terms of use

1. What Dispatcher does. Dispatcher passes your job request to local contractors so they can give you a price. Dispatcher does not do the work, and is not a party to the agreement between you and the contractor you hire.
2. Cost. Using Dispatcher is free during launch.
3. Your request. Give accurate details. We share your name, phone number, request and photos with the contractors quoting for you. See the privacy notice.
4. Contractors. Contractors are separate businesses, not part of Dispatcher. Check licences, insurance and the quote before you hire. Dispatcher has not checked any contractor’s licence yet, and no listing is verified.
5. Reviews. Only customers from a job connected through Dispatcher can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and about the job.
6. Prices and guides. Price guides and calculators are estimates for planning. Your price comes from the contractor’s quote.
7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Dispatcher is not liable for work done by contractors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
