How it works on Dispatcher

  1. Pick the service and answer one quick question. It’s free.
  2. Local contractors who cover your area can see your request and may contact you.
  3. Pick one. The others are marked Not selected and can no longer see your details. If one can’t take it, we pass it to the next contractor in line (or ask you first, if you chose that).
  4. The job is scheduled and tracked. After the job we ask you for one honest review.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a light or power point myself?

For anything that involves the wiring, use an ST certified wireman. TNB’s guidance is that only ST-registered competent persons or contractors should handle wiring.

What counts as home electrical work on Dispatcher?
